• -Submit your valid U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity-you must send your passport
• -1 Completed Visa Application (all questions must be answered on the application form including applicants reference in China business/ personal contact or hotel name and address. Any information left blank on the application form will result in delay of processing.)
• -U.S. Passport Quality Photograph (Color Photographs Only)
• -Copy of Ticket/Flight Itinerary (not required but we do recommend sending in rush situations)
• -Cover Sheet

Business visa requirements

• -Company Letter from U.S. based employer stating purpose of trip and who is financially responsible for the applicant.

• -Cover Sheet

$140.00 for 6 working day processing.
$160.00 for 48 hour processing-Flight Itinerary required
$170.00 for 24 hour processing-Flight Itinerary required
